One of the many must-see places in Barcelona, Spain is The Sagrada Familia, a minor basilica of the Roman Catholic church. Started in 1883 it is still under construction and slated to be finished in 2026 mainly because it relies on private donations. Primarily the work of Antoni Gaudi, a Catalan architect, it's designs are on the more gothic, modern and somewhat strange side.
The stone carvings are intricate and unique. The interior boasts beautiful stained glass windows and huge columns.
